www.ananova.com/news/story/sm_403735.htmlIf we start having meat without killing animals, how many of you want to eat meat? If I speak about myself, I have no desire for meat, no matter how humanely meat is made.

Do you mean in the same sense as how vegetables are grown from the ground? If I knew that meat did not derive from an animal, I would eat meat but i wouldn't love it! I think that meat is bland and tasteless, but the meat industry is tainted with so much injustice and immorality that it would be hard to turn a blind eye to it all, even if meat didn't derive from animals.

i dont enjoy eating meat... and very rarely will i have something like a chicken/turkey etc.. meal. I still think though myself i could not live without it. Despite the cruelty to some animals. I never eat at burger king or mcdonals or kfc though as bassically i think the food overal is crap there and places like that should really been closed down due to the food being so un-healthy and horrible. sorry if this is going off the subject at all. xXx

Scott Scott Scott, again, you should've learnt my now You CAN live without meat, you just simply DONT WANT TO. So instead of saying "I cant live without meat" simply say "i want to eat meat" It's not just huge corporate companies that are bad though, indians, chinease restaurants and take-away's are equally as bad, the mass produced meat is simply disgusting, and if your not careful, you might find a chickens leg, or head in your next curry.

Ok, well I dont fully understand this but, i wouldn't want to eat meat if it came from an animal, evan if the animal was still alive. Mainly because its still part of an animal and it may not be dead but its still part of an animal. Ash

It doesn't seem to bad an idea if it will stop animals being harmed, because no matter how hard we try there are still going to be those whose desire to eat meat overules any logical thinking they are exposed to. Also if it is a viable solutionthose who are starving could be taught the techiniques needed to creatre this "artificial meat" and world hunger could be cured. Unfortunately farmerrs will be put out of business. (p.s. I'm sorry I know I waffle on sometimes.)
