Vegan Pasta
chopped onions (however much you like) chopped garlic (however much you like) chopped peppers (however much you like) a tin of chopped tomatoes a few spoonfulls of olive oil teaspoon of oregano teaspoon of basil quarter of a spoonful of chilli powder and some pasta
cook the pasta while its cooking make the sauce by simply adding as much fo the ingredient in a bowl as you like, making sure its wet enough but not to watery. add the sauce to the pasta and cook until hot

Vegan Pizza Sauce 1, 16oz. can of crushed tomatoes 2 1/2 cups broccoli, chopped 1 red pepper, chopped 1 green pepper, chopped 4 cloves garlic, crushed 1 medium onion, chopped olive oil 2 1/2 teaspoons each of salt, oregano, and basil 1/2 teaspoon pepper Crust 2 1/2 cups flour (any type or combination will work) 3 1/2 teaspoons baking powder 1/2 teaspoon salt 2 tablespoons olive oil 1/4 cup honey 2/3 cup water Tempeh 1, 16oz. package tempeh (tofu or seitan are also good) soy sauce olive oil For method: www.honeylocust.com/pizza/

fresh carrot soup
1 tsp vegetable oil 1 onion, chopped 500g carrots, peeled + chopped 3 cloves garlic, crushed 1.5 pints stock 2 bay leaves 2tbsp fresh parsley salt n pepper cream or soya cream to garnish
Method
1. heat oil in a large pan and fry onions for 5 mins untill soft. 2. Add the carrots and garlic and continue to cook for a further 15 mins, occasionally stiring. 3. Add the stock, bay leaves and parsley, reserving a small amount of parsley for garnish. 4. Simmer for 20 mins, remove bay leaves, then blend. 5. Adjust the seasoning and add more stock if required.

Has anyone else noticed that there isn't a single veggie sandwich in Safeways....I mean Morisons, I'm forced to eat a disgusting 'cheese' and mashed potato pasty every saturday, is it that hard to just leave out the processed chicken filling?
